Our Project Management Approach

1 - Planning & Preparation
Before work begins, our teams review the plans, technical specifications, project constraints, and the client’s objectives.
We then establish an execution schedule, define the required resources, and organize the various phases of the project to optimize timelines and the resources involved.
2 - Organization & Mobilization
PCM ensures the mobilization of the teams, equipment, materials, and technical resources required to carry out the work.
A clear allocation of responsibilities ensures effective coordination among the various stakeholders involved in the project.
3 - Work Monitoring & Management
Our teams monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis through:
Monitoring work progress;
Controlling resources and equipment;
Coordinating teams and subcontractors;
Monitoring the project schedule;
Identifying and resolving potential issues;
Providing regular reports to the client.

4 - Quality & Safety

We ensure compliance with plans, technical specifications, applicable standards, and safety procedures, while maintaining continuous quality control throughout the execution of the work.
5 - Schedule & Cost Control
PCM pays particular attention to controlling project schedules and costs.
Regular monitoring of quantities, resources, schedules, and work progress enables our teams to minimize variances and optimize the overall performance of each project.
6 - Handover & Delivery
At the end of the work, PCM carries out the necessary inspections, addresses any outstanding issues,
and prepares the project for handover.
Our objective is to deliver completed works that meet the client’s expectations, within the agreed timeframe
and to the required quality standards.
